At Finlum, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content.
Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Free Products
Free trainings, webinars, downloadable resources, and educational materials are provided without charge and therefore are not eligible for refunds.
2. Digital Courses
Upon purchase of a digital course, access to educational materials is granted immediately.
Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Membership Programs
Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for previous subscription periods.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Live Webinars and Events
Refund requests for paid webinars or live events must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event date unless otherwise specified.
After this period, refunds may not be available.
Where possible, registration may be transferred to a future event.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed individually.
Approval remains at the sole discretion of Finlum.

7. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Finlum before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
