- These terms of use, hereinafter – Terms of Use, determine the procedure for using the website www.alinazela.lv, hereinafter – alinazela.lv.
- Ltd. Training Solutions, registration No. 40203316691, address: Neretas iela 2-10, Riga, LV-1004, hereinafter – the Company, provides the content available on alinazela.lv and offers services in accordance with these Terms of Use.
- A User is a legally capable natural or legal person who uses the content available on alinazela.lv or purchases services offered on alinazela.lv. Minors aged 14–18 may use the services of alinazela.lv only with the permission of a parent or guardian, except in cases where they use their own income.
- If the User purchases services or training offered on alinazela.lv, these Terms of Use are considered a legally binding document defining the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the purchase, payment, and refund of services and training.
- By purchasing services or training on alinazela.lv, the User is deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms of Use. By agreeing, the User confirms that they have the right to register and purchase services and/or training on alinazela.lv in accordance with these Terms.

Liability

- alinazela.lv is not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including strikes, government orders, war, emergencies, terrorism, environmental anomalies, third-party failures, internet disruptions, or hardware/software failures.
